On Tuesday 28 October, with the support of Audley Travel, we hosted a cruise-inspired afternoon tea at the beautiful Chenies Manor House in Rickmansworth, bringing together 53 guests for an afternoon of exploration and inspiration.

In addition to Audley Travel, we were delighted to welcome six leading cruise partners: Oceania Cruises, AE Expeditions, Aqua Expeditions, APT, Hebridean Island Cruises and Explora Journeys - each sharing their unique approach to luxury cruising.

With each supplier hosting a table, our guests enjoyed intimate presentations covering everything from river cruising through Europe to expedition voyages and boutique ocean experiences. The 12-minute presentations gave everyone a real taste of what makes each cruise line special.

What's been particularly lovely to hear is that many of our guests had never cruised before and are now genuinely excited about the prospect of their next trip. That's exactly what we hoped for - opening up the wonderful world of cruising to those who might not have considered it before.

Whether it's the intimacy of Hebridean's Scottish island journeys, the boutique luxury of Aqua Expeditions in Asia, or the expedition excitement of AE, there truly is a cruise and ship for everyone.

This event was supported by Audley Travel and organised by Leonor and myself, and we couldn't be prouder of Leonor - this was her first time organising a client event as part of her apprenticeship course, and she absolutely smashed it! From the venue to the suppliers to the afternoon tea itself, everything ran beautifully.
