I popped into Ultimate Destinations to discuss a family cruise I was thinking about, and Chantelle, Alan and Leonor were all really helpful from the start.
They found me a really competitive offer for an MSC cruise on the Virtuosa - a fantastic 15-day itinerary from Southampton taking in Spain, Portugal and the Mediterranean.
They talked me through all the details - the ship itself, the itinerary, and lots of ins and outs of the cruise world which were all new to me.
What really impressed me was the level of service beyond just the booking. They helped with check-in, label tags, booking forms, and even medical requests for my family - all those little details that make such a difference when you're travelling with family.
It's a service you simply can't get online. We had a fabulous time. Thank you!
