Leonor named AS Training's 'Apprentice of the Month'!

We're absolutely thrilled to share some brilliant news - our very own Leonor has been named AS Training's 'Apprentice of the Month' for October!

Leonor is undertaking her Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship with AS Training whilst working with us at Ultimate Destinations, and she's been absolutely exceptional throughout.

Michelle Van Sprang, Managing Director at AS Training, had this to say about Leonor:

"Your commitment to your Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship has been nothing short of exceptional. Throughout your journey, you've shown incredible dedication, passion and drive to succeed. Your positive attitude, professionalism and continuous effort to develop your skills have truly stood out."

Leonor's tutor, Lynn, added:

Hays Travel Independence Group also celebrated Leonor's achievement:

"Leonor has been an outstanding member of the Ultimate Destinations' team. Her journey is truly inspiring - arriving in the UK from Portugal at just 10-years-old with no English, she's gone on to achieve her GCSEs, complete a Level 3 in Travel & Tourism, and is now about to graduate from her apprenticeship - hopefully with a distinction! At only 20, she's already fluent in three languages and continues to impress every day with her dedication, creativity and professionalism."

As Leonor progresses through her End-Point Assessment - one of the most challenging stages of the apprenticeship - she's handling it with incredible focus and perseverance.

We've seen firsthand the dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism Leonor brings to everything she does. From organising her first client event and representing the company on overseas educational trips to managing her day-to-day work whilst balancing her apprenticeship studies, she's been nothing short of brilliant.
