Leonor has successfully passed her Level 4 Qualification

We are incredibly proud to share that Leonor has successfully passed her Level 4 Sales Executive Qualification, a fantastic achievement and an important career milestone.

Leonor started her Level 4 Sales Executive course with AS Training in November 2023, when she joined the Ultimate Destinations team, and has shown great commitment throughout her journey.

She recently completed and passed her end-point assessment, one of the most challenging stages of the apprenticeship and demonstrated incredible focus and perseverance.

Michelle Van Sprang, Managing Director at AS Training, shared the following comments about Leonor:

"Your hard work, determination, and commitment throughout the entire journey truly stood out. The EPA was challenging, but you never wavered. You showed real resilience, focus, and professionalism every step of the way, and it has been inspiring to see how much you gave to this process. The bond you built with your assessor and the way you embraced feedback, and learning speaks volumes about your attitude and character. You should be incredibly proud of what you’ve accomplished this success is a direct reflection of the effort, dedication, and passion you put in."

Leonor shared the following thoughts on her journey:

"Completing the Sales Executive Level 4 apprenticeship has been such a challenging but rewarding journey. The EPA was challenging but so worth it, I learned so much along the way. A massive thank you to my assessor, Lynn, who was an incredible support from start to finish. Her encouragement, feedback, and belief in me made such a difference, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without her. I’m so proud of this achievement !!! "

Back in October 2025, Leonor was proudly named AS Training's Apprentice of the Month. , a well-deserved achievement that reflected her hard work, positive attitude, and determination to succeed.

We got to see firsthand the dedication, energy, and professionalism Leonor brought to everything she did. From running her first client event and representing the company on trips abroad to balancing her day-to-day work alongside her apprenticeship, she was truly impressive.
